The first 90 days are not about perfection. They are about repeatable motion: leads in, proposals out, work shipped, cash collected.
Days 1–30: clarity and pipeline
- Define ICP + offer in one sentence each.
- Publish a minimal portfolio or case narrative.
- Run 20 outreach touches per week if you have no inbound.
Days 31–60: tighten delivery
Ship small engagements end-to-end. The goal is learning where estimates fail and where communication breaks.
Days 61–90: money and systems
Separate business banking, track taxes proactively, and invoice on a schedule—even if amounts are small. Habits scale.
